Choosing the right hoop size is easier than you might think. For most beginner hoopers or those looking to get a good workout, the 38" Regular hoop is the perfect fit. If you're 180+ pounds or have a fuller body type, we recommend the 42" X-Large hoop.

While a heavier hoop may be easier to start with, our Beginner hoops weighing 1.3 pounds will actually provide you with a better workout. Hoops over 2 pounds can be dangerous to your health, as they require less effort to keep going.
