All tools and components in the Takedento Sushi Kit come from food-grade and BPA-free materials. Our rolling mats are made from natural bamboo that is woven, not glued, with zero chemical smell, making them ideal for professional-grade sushi preparation.

The serrated plastic blade of our deluxe avocado slicer easily cuts through the skin and fruit of an avocado, without being sharp to the touch. Holes in the blade serve as an herb or leaf stripper, with a protective cover for safety between uses.
